 Almost everyone has heard Bobby McFerrin's smash hit single "Don't Worry, Be Happy." The song's message of happiness for everyone is delivered in a very catchy way. By reassuring them not to be concerned, Bobby Mcferiin's straightforward message undoubtedly touched many people.

It's wonderful to live a life that is resilient, optimistic, and happy, and it's also good for your health. Happiness actually shields you from life's stresses. Heart disease, cancer, and stroke are among the leading causes of death linked to stress.

"The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change" is one of the greatest sayings ever, and in our lives, we have the power to make the necessary adjustments if we so choose. Regardless of whether we end up in an excruciating circumstance, we can continuously find comfort in the information that it also would change.

Happiness is dependent on relationships or social networks. Accept people for who or what they are, keep conflicts to a minimum, and let go of all kinds of resentments. People are different. Even if disagreements seem inevitable, try to understand the situation and you might just get along with each other.
